To My Beautiful Yellow Balloons

I'm really sorry, I know it's been forever since my last post. Thanks for being patient! I've been so extremely busy and pre-occupied lately... Well, anyway.


I had Thespian Conference last weekend, and it was a ton of fun. I competed in a duo scene competition, although I ended up being disqualified for not wearing all black. /: Lame. But it was definitely an awesome scene! And I went to some really great workshops and got to see two shows! I would recommend it, if you ever get the chance! (:


How was everyone's Thanksgiving? I hope it was wonderful! Mine was super chill, very lazy. I loved it! (: We watched "A Christmas Story" last night and decorated the tree this morning! My brother and I also had a pretty awesome jam sesh last night.


My next door neighbors are in Mexico this weekend, and so I'm watching their pets. Their hamster is currently living in my room. Her name is Snowball. She's really cute. But so loud. She's actually pretty boring during the day, but as soon as it turns 2:00 A.M., she doesn't shut up. Ironic and funny as it may be, it's quite obnoxious.


Um, I've been writing a lot lately. Songs, stories, poems... You name it. And my notebook that I mentioned a while ago has been very therapeutic. I love it. Some songs recently are "Echo," "In The Air," and "Rainy Music." I actually have, like, 16 in mind. What I tend to do is come up with titles first, and that gives me a sense of what the story will be and helps me write them. So, I think there's now about 16 ("House of Cards," "Bangwagon," "Black Sheep," "Face the Music," "Lady Killer," "Untitled," and "Exist Outside These Walls," to name a few).

Also.. This coming week I will be auditioning for a confidential television project that I am really, really stoked for!

I love that. I'm totally going through that right now. It's like, you're in this place or position or situation or whatever you wanna call it, and it's so surreal and it just feels like it's not supposed to be real life. Like, even if it's extremely complicated (which mine is), there's still something about it that you think you'd read or see in a movie, not actually live in real life. I love it. :D
